How To Get Services

1. Screen: Call us at (314) 838-9500 for a free consultation to determine your eligibility. Our experts will submit your assessment to Medicaid.

2. Nurse Visit: Medicaid will send a nurse to your home to conduct an in-person interview and approve you for services.

3. PSG Home Health Care: We will handle everything thereafter. From helping you choose an aide to addressing all your questions, PSG Home Health Care will be there to serve you with honor and integrity.
